These Terms of Service govern your use of SlotCertify's gaming license consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope and Deliverables

SlotCertify provides gaming license consulting, slot machine certification guidance, and regulatory compliance advisory services. Our deliverables include:

  • Jurisdiction-specific license application assistance
  • Gaming equipment certification coordination
  • Regulatory documentation review and preparation
  • Compliance audit support and remediation guidance

Important: We are consultants, not legal counsel. Our guidance does not constitute legal advice. Always consult licensed attorneys for legal matters.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your gaming operation, corporate structure, and ownership. Incomplete or misleading information may delay your application and void our timeline guarantees.

You remain responsible for:

  • Timely payment of regulatory fees to gaming authorities
  • Obtaining required business licenses and corporate registrations
  • Meeting all statutory requirements in your jurisdiction
  • Maintaining compliance after license issuance

Payment Terms

Consulting fees are due per our engagement agreement. Initial consultations are non-refundable after the first 30 minutes. Project fees are billed in phases - typically 50% upfront, 25% at application submission, 25% at license approval.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment if no work has commenced. Once we begin document preparation or regulatory outreach, all fees are non-refundable.

Timeline Estimates

All licensing timelines are estimates based on historical data. Actual approval times depend on gaming authority workload, application completeness, and regulatory changes. We do not guarantee specific approval dates.

Our "40% faster" claim compares our average client timelines to published regulatory processing times for standard applications without consulting support.

Confidentiality

We protect your business information with strict confidentiality protocols. We will not share your application details, financial data, or strategic plans without written consent - except when required by gaming regulators or legal process.

Limitation of Liability

SlotCertify's liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for regulatory denials, delayed approvals, or business losses related to licensing outcomes.

We maintain professional liability insurance but cannot guarantee license approval - that decision rests solely with gaming authorities.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 15 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees earned through the termination date. We will provide all work product completed to that point.

Modifications

We may update these terms as regulations evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
